Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all business relationships between HNSK e.U. (Christoph Hanausek), hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", and the customer, hereinafter referred to as "Client".

2. Subject matter

The Contractor provides consulting and implementation services in the field of artificial intelligence and automation. The nature and scope of the services are derived from the respective offer or order confirmation.

3. Performance of services

Services are performed to the best of the Contractor's knowledge and ability. The Contractor owes professional execution but not a specific outcome, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Remuneration

Remuneration is based on the individual offer. All prices are stated in Euro and are subject to statutory VAT. Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to treat all confidential information obtained in the course of the cooperation as confidential and not to pass it on to third parties.

6. Data protection

The Contractor processes personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable data protection laws (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act). Further details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The Contractor's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damage, lost profits and consequential damage is excluded.

8. Final provisions

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna. Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
