We don't start with AI. We start with context.

Before we build a single agent, we work out together which context already exists in your company.

Most AI projects fail because they start with a tool. With us, every project starts with the Context Layer — the foundation everything else is built on.

In the Discover work package we clarify three things:

  • Context Input — What data exists in your company — meeting notes, emails, company data. What of it can meaningfully feed in?
  • Processes — What tasks should your AI agent system solve? Prioritized, realistic, measurable.
  • Architecture — What does the AI agent system look like that orchestrates these processes — models, connections, handovers.

At the end of the Discover phase, you have an architecture plan that feeds directly into Phase 2 (Build).

We build along five layers.

Every project follows the same architecture. What changes is only what happens inside each layer.

  • Security Layer — GDPR, EU AI Act, company guidelines. Compliance as a building block — not a checkbox.

Phase 3 — Evolve

Christoph Hanausek.

I build AI agent systems that a company won't throw away after six months.

Before that: IT Project Manager and Business Consultant at Accenture in Vienna. Led a 17-person team through an SAP transformation — reporting to the steering committee of two CEOs, a CFO and the Head of IT.

Then: Co-Founder and CEO, later Chief AI Officer at Pixible AI. Built the AI practice and led enterprise projects with Lindt and Siemens. That's where the Discover-Build-Evolve framework took shape.

I've seen AI projects fail, due to the ongoing evolution of major AI players. The framework is the answer: an anchor that stays while the technology keeps moving.

FAQ

What happens when a better AI model comes out in six months?
That's exactly the point of the framework. Your AI agent system doesn't sit on one model — it sits on five layers. A better model comes out, we swap a building block in the Orchestration Layer. The foundation stays. The rest doesn't notice.
We already use AI tools. Why add a framework?
Because isolated tools are only as good as the bridges between them. The Context Layer brings your data and processes together. Then we orchestrate the tools you already have and fill the gaps.
How transparently can you really see into an AI agent system like this?
Fully. Your dashboard shows what the agents are doing, which processes have run, which artefacts exist. Monitoring is one of the five layers — not an add-on.
How long until a first live system?
Discover: 1–2 weeks. Build: 2–4 weeks. A first productive system is realistic in 3–4 weeks. Evolve then continues on an ongoing basis — the AI agent system grows with your company.
How GDPR-safe is this really?
Security is one of the five layers — not bolted on. Data sits on EU servers. EU AI Act and your company guidelines are built in, and the security audit runs on a recurring basis in Evolve.
